Purpose of data processing: The tool allows you to upload 3D models / CAD files, have components analyzed, and request or prepare an individual quote for our manufacturing services.
Processed data: In the context of using the tool, the files and design data you upload, your IP address, and any contact details entered in the form (e.g., name, email address) are processed and transmitted to SeekMake's servers.
Legal basis: The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request (e.g., creating a cost estimate) or to fulfill the contract with you. Without the provision of this data, we cannot evaluate your 3D model and create a quote.
Data processing agreement: We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider SeekMake, which ensures that the data of our website visitors is processed only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
