We use additive manufacturing to produce these mechanical components.

The specific additive manufacturing process type we use is fused deposition modeling, or fused filament fabrication.

We are currently operating 67 FDM printers at Gramm, with cubic build envelopes up to 60cm, nozzle sizes 0.2mm - 0.8mm. Our standard materials are PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and their ESD variants.
