FDM Material Families

Gramm GmbH processes engineering thermoplastics for industrial FDM contract manufacturing in Deggendorf, Lower Bavaria, grouped into five families: Technical, Engineering, Flexible, Reinforced and Special. Available grades include PLA and PETG, polycarbonate PC and flame-retardant PC-FR, ESD-safe PETG-ESD, carbon fibre reinforced ABS-CF, ASA-CF and PPA-CF, glass fibre reinforced PA6-GF, and flexible TPU in 65, 64D, 82A and 95A. Material selection is part of the engineering review included in every order.

Where can I get carbon fibre reinforced FDM parts manufactured in Germany?

Gramm GmbH manufactures carbon fibre reinforced FDM parts in Germany from its Deggendorf site. Three carbon fibre reinforced thermoplastics are available - ASA-CF, ABS-CF and PPA-CF - alongside the glass fibre reinforced PA6-GF. Reinforced materials are chosen where a part needs higher stiffness than an unfilled thermoplastic provides. Because fibre reinforcement changes how a part behaves along and across the layers, orientation is reviewed before production. Parts are produced under ISO 9001 certified quality management, from a single part to series production.
