FDM production capabilities and capacity

Gramm GmbH operates more than 100 FDM machines in three build classes at its site in Deggendorf, Lower Bavaria. Build envelopes are 256 mm, 400 mm and 600 mm cubes. Throughput is 15 to 40 parts per hour on a compact machine and 350 to 900 parts per hour on the large-format class, with lot sizes from 1 to 1,000,000. Parts are produced in 13 engineering thermoplastics across five material families, under DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management, with post-processing, threaded insert installation and assembly available on the same order.
