Our Design&Engineering Process
Once you place an inquiry with us, the process starts. Here is an overview of the different phases:

Requirements Engineering
Based on your inquiry, we are going to perform a feasibility analysis to determine whether your has an FDM manufacturing solution. If we need additional information, we are going to get in touch with you.

Quotation
If we can help you with your project, we are going to issue a quotation. Prices are flexible, and are tailored to your needs and the complexity of your application. We offer both fixed, project-based pricing, as well as time based pricing. No matter the model: you are in control! We offer short milestones with exit options.

MVP
We design the minimum viable component, the simplest components that satisfies your essential requirements.

Manufacturing Optimization
We optimize your design for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM, 3D Printing). We make sure your part is support-free, or almost support-free. We customize all surfaces to reduce overhangs, downskins, vertical edges, and any other shape features that are not suitable for FDM. We improve the design with surface textures, optimal seam placement, and build settings optimization. If there are mechanical performance requirements, we modify wall count, infill pattern and percentage until the part fulfills these requirements.

Master Part
Once the design has been finalized, we manufacture a master part. We are going to make the master part available for your to review. Once we get your approval, we start production.

Production
Once the master part has been approved, we start production. With close to 100 machines, we can produce any quantity quickly, and identical to the master part. Whether we use 5 machines or an entire farm: your parts will be delivered on time, and on quality!

Delivery
The finished parts get shipped to the delivery location specified by you. We deliver worldwide!
